This formula combines Certified Organic Black Cohosh which has also recently gone by the botanical name Cimicifuga and Jamaican Dogwood (Piscidia) to help support the maintenance of nervous system and musculoskeletal support.
Black Cohosh and Piscidia have both been used historically for muscle support. Black Cohosh has particularly been emphasized in the folkloric literature for muscle comfort. Eupatorium has been used for muscle support and comfort and has been recommended in books dating back hundreds of years for minor muscle discomfort. The addition of magnesium and malic acid promotes healthy muscle function due to its support of mitochondrial and metabolic functions of individual muscle cells and fiber.
