Restorative Formulations is a Professional Division of Restorative Medicine/ WTSmed, Inc. Located in Montpelier, Vermont, our primary focus as a company is to effectively support optimal health through educational conferences and professional strength botanical and nutritional supplements.
We have a sincere commitment to manufacturing the
highest quality supplements possible and use botanical and
nutraceutical ingredients from mostly Certified Organic and
Ecologically Wildcrafted sources.
Restorative Formulations are available through
healthcare professionals and are intended to be used
exclusively within the doctor - patient relationship.
CERTIFIED ORGANIC AND ECOLOGICALLY WILDCRAFTED
We strive to produce Restorative Formulations from
only Certified Organic and Ecologically Wildcrafted herbs.
Approximately 70% of the herbs we buy are Certified
Organic and 25% are Ecologically Wildcrafted. We source
herbs from a variety of Certified Organic farms in North
America, Europe and Asia and we are working directly with
farmers to begin cultivating organic herbs that are not
currently available.

HIGH POTENCY CONCENTRATED EXTRACTS
We have pioneered 21st Century manufacturing techniques
to produce high potency concentrated solid
extract syrups and capsules. We use vegetarian and
hypoallergenic capsules that each contain between
500-800 mg of powdered extracts. Each herb is custom
extracted based on its unique characteristics. We make
every effort to use full spectrum botanical extracts that
represent the whole herb and use primarily alcohol and
water and non toxic solvents. We do not use styrene
divinyl benzene as a solvent.
EXPERT FORMULATION BY PHYSICIANS
Research and clinical experience are central to the
development of Restorative Formulations. Our Product Development Team of physicians Michaël Friedman ND,Gerrie Lindeque MD, and Alex McLellan ND combine their experience with a knowledge of the traditional and modern uses of herbs to develop new products and improve upon existing ones. The formulas in our products are subject to change as we make improvements in concentrating active constituents. Please see our website for the most current and up to date product ingredients.

INGREDIENT QUALITY AND SAFETY
Restorative Formulations are made in FDA
registered facilities. Our products are tested for purity and
potency by independent certified laboratories. We test
for yeast and mold, heterotrophic plate count, Escheria
coli, mercury, lead, cadium, arsenic, and priority pollutant
pesticides. We do not use herbs that have been irradiated
and our products are wheat, gluten and dairy free. To
ensure that our extracts are of the highest potency, we
conduct High Performance Liquid Chromatography (HPLC)
testing for specific constituents. In addition, raw material
inspection through Organoleptic Testing is conducted
to validate the quality of botanical ingredients. We have
worked with quality assurance experts including the
National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) to conduct an audit and
systems analysis of our company and improve upon our
Good Manufacturing Practices. Currently, we are building
our association with Certified Organic farms in order to
source herbs directly from the farms and assure the quality
and purity of our herbs.

In addition, we offer phone consultations and direct support to physicians and other licensed health care practitioners who have questions regarding the optimal use of Restorative Formulations.
